We have compiled a list of answers to previously asked questions in order to enhance your experience with us. WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Interact, Cash, Cheque and E-Transfer. If paying via Cash, Cheque, or E-Transfer an active credit card is still required to be held on file.
DO YOU OFFER INDOOR STORAGE?
At this time we do not offer any indoor or covered storage.

What Are The Hours Of Operation?
Gate hours are as follows:
6am - 10pm May through October
6am - 9pm November through April
During these time you are free to use your gate code to come and go as you please.
Frequently Asked Questions
What If I Need To Enter The Yard Outside Of These Times?
If you are arriving late to the property or need out earlier than the posted times, you will need to call our business line during work hours the business day before when possible. You are also able to call the Emergency Line if it is outside business hours and short notice. We are happy to help out as much as possible and offer the best customer service. That being said the emergency number is meant for once in a while occurrences and some charges may be applied for frequent uses of the Emergency Line.

Why Are The Hours Restricted To 6 AM To 12 AM?
The simple answer is, security. By restricting access hours to regular hours of business operations it allows us to have a more secure facility. People coming and going at all hours of the night pose a greater security risk and are harder to keep track of.

What Sort of Vehicles Are Allowed to be Stored at Your Facility?
We allow you to store your seadoo's, snowmobiles, ATV's, motorcycles, dirtbikes, cars, trucks, trailers, boats and RVs! If it has wheels, you can store it with us.

How will my vehicle, boat, or RV be protected from potential theft at your location?
We provide 24-hour video surveillance with a digitally coded gate that requires logged access. Our property is well-lit with 7′ chain link fences topped with barbed wire around the perimeter.

What Size Stalls Do You Offer?
We have stall ranging from 10 feet up to 50 feet. Each stall space is 10 feet wide.

What If Someone Hits My Unit Or If I Hit Someone Else's Unit?
All assets are required to have insurance and proof is recorded upon rental agreement. Every customer is responsible for their own actions. Please report any instances of accidents that occur. TYTAN Storage Ltd. is not responsible for our customers accidents. The property is under 24/7 video surveillance and will record all accidents.

What If Someone Decides To Follow Me In Once The Gate Is Open Without Entering Their Own Gate Code?
It is for everyone’s safety and security that each and every customer uses their own code to enter the yard, allowing the gate to fully close before the next customer enters or exits. If you witnessed someone breaking this important rule please call our office at 250-769-9094 or the Emergency Line outside of office hours.

Unauthorized access to the property is a threat to all customers safety and security of items held by TYTAN Storage Ltd. If you are found to be breaking this strict rule you may be asked to remove your unit from the premises.
